Rio Tinto Trumps Cameco Bid for Hathor with $572 Million Offer

Rio Tinto has announced a all-cash offer for Canadian junior uranium company Hathor Exploration Limited (TSX:HAT). Rio Tinto has agreed to pay $572 million for Hathor, trumping an earlier bid for the uranium junior by Cameco Corp.
