Gold Canyon Proposes Private Placement for Up to $6,000,000

Gold Canyon Resources Inc. (TSXV:GCU) reports that the company is offering up to 6,000,000 flow-through units priced at $1.00 per flow-through Unit.

A syndicate of agents, led by Fraser Mackenzie Limited and including Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. and Stonecap Securities Inc. (the “Agents”), have agreed to act on a best efforts agency basis with respect to the Offering.
