Lomiko Metals Inc. (TSXV:LMR,OTCQX:LMRMF,FSE:DH8B) announce the SPIDER CHARGER(TM) has been submitted for safety certification testing through the Canadian Standards Assn and Underwriters Laboratories. Lomiko has also filed the American Trademark application for SPIDER CHARGER(TM) and has received 50 devices for Distributor testing and product review submissions.
As quoted in the press release:

Market data indicates there are 291 million mobile devices and 130 million established households in North America as well as sales of 51 million smart devices and 1.3 million new home starts annually. In addition, offices, hotels and coffee shops are also potential markets for installed USB charging devices. If only one or two USB charging devices are installed in new homes and retro-fitted into current homes undergoing renovations, there will be a healthy demand for these products.

MegaHertz Power Systems, Ltd. has now executed a technology transfer for a new suite of Internet of Things (IOT) designs, technology licenses, pending patents, and other intellectual property based on the SPIDERCHARGER(TM) into Smart Home Devices Ltd (“Smart Home”). Lomiko has become a partial owner of this technology with a 11.48% position of Smart Home through a transaction dated February 16, 2016. Smart Home. intends to market and sell the new product suite generating revenue and creating value. Smart Home Devices Ltd. plans to enter into negotiations to sell the Spider Charger and other related devices in North American markets with IOT distributors and builders.
