Base Metals Investing Bloomberg reported that Xstrata Zinc Canada’s (LSE:XTA) Brunswick mine will close around March 2013.

As quoted in the market news:
Brunswick has less than 3 million tons of ore, which is expected to take about a year to mine, Xstrata said in a website statement. The mine had previously been scheduled to close in 2010 and has produced more than 133 million tons of ore.
