Cleansing Notice Under Section 708A Of The Corporations Act 2001 (CTH)

The Directors of eMetals Limited (ASX:EMT) (eMetals) (Company) advises that following approval of resolution 5 at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders held on 29 November 2022, it has issued a total of 10,000,000 listed EMTO options. Details of the issue are set out in the Company’s notice of AGM.


The Company gives this Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) for the issue of 10,000,000 listed EMTO options.

The listed Options were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act. As at the date of this Notice, the Company has complied with:

  • the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and
  • section 674 of the Corporations Act. As at the date of this Notice, there is no excluded information for the purposes of section 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
