DGTL Reports $1M USD SaaS Contract for E-Sports Marketing Services

DGTL Holdings Inc. (TSXV: DGTL) ("DGTL" or the "Company") is pleased to report that it has secured a new client service agreement with a global leader in the e-marketing services sector. The twelve month contract is valued at $1,000,000 USD and will leverage Hashoff's "IAM" and "Create Marketplace" products for marketing to the e-sports sector.

This SaaS license agreement was executed with a global marketing partner, currently active in four continents, with over 120 active consultants, operating across 15 sectors, including; financial services, specialized distribution, telecommunications, media and technology, transportation and mobility, etc.

The campaign will activate Hashoff's content creators in the e-sports community to showcase the agency's premiere VPN (virtual private network).

"E-sports has become a central digital media channel to engage with a new audience of active online consumers. The pandemic has boosted media consumption of e-sports platforms, and research indicates consumers have fully embraced this channel, worldwide," says Phil Frank, CRO at Hashoff.

This latest Hashoff services contract is an extension of DGTL's new channel partnership program, an accelerator strategy announced in late September 2020. This latest customer announcement joins recent reports of new customers added in the QSR delivery (quick-service-restaurant) and online EDU (education) sectors.
