Golden Mile secured the Pearl copper project in August 2024. Located in Arizona, the asset hosts more than 50 artisanal copper workings and shares similar geological characteristics to the San Manuel-Kalamazoo and Pinto Valley porphyry copper mines. The project exhibits widespread surface alteration highlighted by rock chip samples of 7.3 percent copper, 0.43 percent molybdenum, 19.9 percent lead, 4.9 percent zinc and 360 g/t silver.
Golden Mile will initially focus on the Odyssey and Ford prospects within the Pearl project area which present immediate, highly prospective, exploration drill targets. The Odyssey prospect is a multi-vein polymetallic target that has never been drilled.Rock chip sampling conducted by the company in 2024 indicated assays of up to 312 g/t silver, 15.2 percent copper, and 24.8 percent zinc, and 12.65 percent lead.
The Ford Prospect is a polymetallic target with a history of copper, lead and gold. Ford was mined to a depth of 55 m and historical records indicate grades of up to 10.6 percent copper, 31.3 percent lead and 0.54oz (16.7g/t) gold.
In 2025, Golden Mile completed reconnaissance mapping and rock chip sampling which identified a promising new gold target – the Aurora Prospect. The reconnaissance rock chip sampling returned high-grade values of up to 10.8 g/t gold and 33.9 g/t silver.
The company has awarded the reverse circulation (RC) drilling contract for the Odyssey and Ford prospects at its Pearl Copper Project to Alford Drilling. The program will consist of 14 to 16 RC drill holes, totaling up to 2,000 metres, marking Pearl’s maiden drilling campaign and the first-ever exploration at the Odyssey and Ford targets. These targets are situated within historical mine workings active between 1915 and 1942, where significant mineral grades were previously reported.
In 2018, Golden Mile announced an indicated and inferred maiden resource estimate of 26.3 Mt @ 0.64 percent nickel and 0.04 percent cobalt. Metallurgical testwork completed in 2023 significantly improved understanding of the unique saprolitic mineralisation at the project and a potential pathway to production.
The company has also identified a customized multi-products flowsheet to produce nickel-cobalt and iron-nickel-cobalt-chromium concentrates, as well as industrial products. The process would require low energy using the physical attributes of the free digging ore.
A mining engineer with over 26 years of experience, including 15 years in mine management and executive roles, Dormer has worked in studies, projects, operations and innovation across Australia, USA, Papua New Guinea and Africa. Dormer has had considerable success turning around mining projects and studies resulting in the construction of multiple mines in Africa, as well as significant operational success in Australia. Windfall Geotek, located in Montreal, Canada, is a mining and technology services company and a leader in the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for mineral exploration since 2005. Historical drilling was carried out at Hot Breccia in the mid to late 1970's by a Rio Tinto subsidiary intersected high-grade copper mineralization at depths ranging from 640 to 830 meters below the surface in several holes that targeted one of the magnetic highs, believed to be caused by the magnetite skarn that was cut in the holes and that occurs in xenoliths in cross cutting dikes exposed at the surface. Prismo believes those intercepts cut the periphery of the upper portion of a large mineralized system as interpreted from our exploration program. Historical drill holes cut high grade skarn mineralization including 23 meters with 0.54% Cu at 640 meters depth (hole OC-1), 18 m with 1.4% Cu and 4.65% Zn at 830 meters depth (hole OCC-7), and 7.6 m with 1.73% Cu and 0.11% Zn at 703 meters and 4.6 meters with 1.4% Cu and 0.88% Zn at 716 meters (OCC-8).
Mineralization occurs within a several hundred-meter-thick altered zone hosted in favorable Paleozoic carbonate rocks that underly a sequence of Cretaceous andesitic volcanic rocks. These carbonates are the same rocks that host the high-grade copper mineralization at Freeport's nearly Christmas mine.
The historic drilling intersected a blind mineralized intrusion associated with the skarn mineralization, providing an immediate drill target that is believed to be the source of the mineralization at Hot Breccia (Figure 2). Several magnetic highs in the region surrounding the proposed intrusion may also indicated buried skarn mineralization and provide additional exploration targets.

About Hot Breccia
The Hot Breccia property consists of 1,420 hectares in 227 contiguous mining claims located in the world class Arizona Copper Belt between several very well understood world-class copper mines including Morenci, Ray and Resolution (Figure 1). Hot Breccia shows many features in common with these neighboring systems, most prominently a swarm of porphyry dikes and series of breccia pipes containing numerous fragments of well copper-mineralized rocks mixed with fragments of volcanic and sedimentary derived from considerable depth. Prismo performed a ZTEM survey last year that identified a very large conductive anomaly directly beneath the breccia outcrops.
Sampling at the project has shown the presence of copper mineralization associated with polylithic breccia pipes that transported fragments of strongly mineralized carbonate rocks to the surface from depths believed to be 400-1,000 meters. Drilling deep holes is necessary to tap into the source of these mineralized fragments found at surface.
Assay results from historic drill holes are unverified as the core has been destroyed, but information has been gathered from memos, photos and drill logs that contain some, but not all, of the assay results and descriptions. Technical information from adjacent or nearby properties does not mean nor does it imply that Prismo will obtain similar results from its own properties.

(Cambodia) ("EnerCam") is well underway to complete Cambodia's onshore EnviroVibe oil and gas 2-D seismic for Block VIII ("Project").

The quest for EnerCam is to discover Cambodia's first onshore oil and gas, as currently the country imports all of its hydrocarbon-based energy products, spending several billion dollars per year.
EnerCam strives to be drilling the first wells following appropriate interpretation and target definition from the seismic program.
The technical teams continue with additional research in the area concurrently with the seismic. Approached by local residents and business owners as they move from line to line across the targeted seismic area, the geoscience team is witnessing several abandoned water wells where oil has seeped into the well, making the water unusable for domestic use. As well, the team has sourced multiple additional surface oil seeps, adding to the inventory of documented locations of surface oil showings.
The seismic program employs 53 people to execute daily tasks to lay out geophones every four metres across upcoming seismic lines, then add data recorders every 25 metres that connect to the geophones. The pair of EnviroVibe units then pass the prepared line to be shot and sweeps the ground every 50 meters along the line to create ground vibration, and the results of the sound waves are transmitted and recorded. Then all the geophones and data recorders are collected and rotated back into the next cycle for the upcoming lines. Geophones and recorders generally try to stay 24 hours ahead of the Envirovibe units, so the process is efficient and advances in a timely manner.
Keith Edwards, Technical Manager for EnerCam describes the program and the results to date, "We are looking to average about nine kilometers per day, with some short lines taking longer. The initial data looks promising and the methodology and the technology are such that despite the rain, we can sweep an area and receive good quality data."
Interpretation of the data will take place upon completion of the Project, which is estimated to be between mid and the end of September. Between five and six weeks are budgeted as a timeline for interpretation.
Seismic teams are executing 350-line kilometers of two dimensional seismic over four identified sub basins on the west side of the license area and then will move to the newly described ‘mussel basin' on the northeast side of the license.
