Saint Jean Carbon Inc. (TSXV:SJL) released an update on its graphene project, commenting that while it had expected to release research results on October 6, it has now decided to push out the date.
As quoted in the press release:
… one of the magnetic nano level tests on the graphene has returned results leaving a very small chance that the measurements may not be 100% accurate. Measuring a magnetic field at this level is very difficult. As the material is believed to be a first of its kind, the company feels the conservative approach to assure the utmost of accuracy is in the best interest of the project and will help better understand the unique qualities of the material in the future. The team has determined that a different method of atomic level measurement must be obtained. The graphene will be sent out to a third party for testing. It is expected to take about 7 days for the test. When the results are available the company will issues the final results.
