Silver Moves Up on the Back of U.S. Payroll Data

Reuters reported that silver posted gains on Friday on the heels of U.S. Payroll data that showed modest growth.

As quoted in the market report:

Spot silver was up 1.6 percent at $31.92 an ounce, as the more volatile metal outperformed gold.
