Canamex Resources (TSXV:CSQ) announced that all matters at its November 21 annual general meeting were approved. Additionally, Jason Reid has resigned from Canamex’s Board of Directors.
As quoted in the press release, the following are now the directors and officers of Canamex:
Mark Billings: Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and Director
Gregory Hahn: President, Chief Operating Officer and Director
Richard Barnett: Secretary and Chief Financial Officer
Dean McDonald: Director
Mike Stark: Director
Canamex CEO, Mark Billings, said:
