Solid Resources Ltd. (TSXV:SRW) announced its application to the TSX Venture for the extension of the expiry date of 20,333,333 common share purchase warrants.
As quoted in the press release:
The expiry date of the warrants was originally May 17, 2012 and previously extended to November 17, 2012. The Company is applying to extend the expiry date to May 17, 2013.
