American CuMo Mining (TSXV:MLY,OTCQX:MLYCF) filed a Response to Civil Claim and a Counterclaim to the civil suit previously brought by Bill Jefferies on March 1, 2013. In the response, the Company denies that any sum is due and owing to Mr. Jefferies, and in its counterclaim, it seeks an award of general and special damages against him.
CuMoCo’s former Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and director, against CuMoCo relating to management fees that Mr. Jefferies has claimed are owed to him in the amount of $107,509.70. In its response, CuMoCo has denied that any sum is due and owing to Mr. Jefferies, and in its counterclaim, it seeks an award of general and special damages against him.
