Kazakhstan Lifts Moratorium on New Mining Licenses

Reuters reported that Kazakhstan has agreed to lift a moratorium on granting new mining licenses.

As quoted in the market report:

The landlocked country holds uranium reserves second only to Australia’s. It also has the world’s largest chromium reserves and substantial copper, iron ore and zinc deposits.
