    Extract Shares Fall After CGNPC Puts New Price on Kalahari

    Mining Weekly reported shares in Extract Resources (ASX:EXT) dropped more than 3% in Sydney on Friday.

    Mining Weekly reported shares in Extract Resources (ASX:EXT) dropped more than 3% in Sydney on Friday.

    As quoted in the market news:

    Kalahari announced to the LSE that it remained in negotiations with CGNPC regarding a possible takeover, but at a cash price of £2.43 a share. This was below the £2.90 a share that CGNPC offered at the beginning of the year, and also below the $2.70 a share that it offered after the March natural disasters in Japan.
