Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:HPY) announced that Michael Cathro has joined its Board of Directors.
As quoted in the press release:
Mr. Cathro, P.Geo, currently serves as VP Exploration for Anthem Resources Inc., VP of Exploration for Virginia Energy Resources Inc., Director of Nickel North Exploration Corp. and a Director of Geoscience BC. Over the years he has volunteered in various capacities with industry associations including the Kamloops Exploration Group (KEG) and the Association of Mineral Exploration British Columbia (AME BC).

During his tenure with the B.C. Ministry of Mines, Mike helped secure crucial government support for our early exploration work on the Fox tungsten project. With his more recent mine permitting, global mineral property transaction and corporate experience, it is a pleasure to have Mike join the Board of Directors.
