    Almonty and Woulfe Fail to Agree on Tungsten Deal

    Mining Weekly reported that a merger between Almonty Industries Inc. (TSXV:All) and Woulfe Mining Corp. (CSE:WOF) could not be finalized as the two companies did not reach an agreement.

    Mining Weekly reported that a merger between Almonty Industries Inc. (TSXV:All) and Woulfe Mining Corp. (CSE:WOF) could not be finalized as the two companies did not reach an agreement.

    As quoted in the market news:

    TSX-V-listed Almonty announced that it had terminated discussions with Woulfe and that the nonbinding letter of intent (LOI) to combine the businesses, which was entered into on January 27 and extended on February 13, had been terminated.
