Mining Weekly reported that Metorex (JNB:MEMTX) should delist from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange after it is taken over by Jinchuan Group.
The market news is quoted as saying:
As at the date of the undertaking, the total number of Metorex shares that are subject to the irrevocable undertaking provided by Coronation is 69 500 000 Metorex shares, however, in terms of the undertaking, Coronation is permitted to sell or dispose of up to 34 750 000 of these shares.
