The best result to date is from diamond drill hole AW101A returning 10 meters of 8% copper and 124 g/t silver, including 6 meters of 12.98% copper and 205 g/t silver and 1 meter of 29.7% copper and 457 g/t silver.
Kombat’s President, Alexander Helmel, said:
The results of this re-sampling program is confirmation of the presence of high grade copper and silver mineralisation in the AFW zone and management is pleased with the correlation, although lower, between mine run assays to the more stringent analytical procedures used to date. In conjunction with our deep drilling program which is underway at this time, we are confident that we will quickly deliver a NI43-101 compliant resource for the AFW zone.
