Anglo Canadian Appoints Mr. Peter Espig to Its Board of Directors

Anglo Canadian Mining Corp. (TSXV:URA) has appointed Mr. Peter Espig to the Board of Directors.

As quoted in the press release:

Mr. Espig has structured over US $2 Billion in private equity and pre-IPO reverse merger transactions. He founded TriAsia Capital, a private equity and consulting firm focused on raising capital for mid-sized Japanese companies and pre-IPO investment and consulting. He also served as Vice-President of the Principal Finance and Securitization Group and Asia Special Situations Group for Goldman Sachs Japan. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Espig served as Vice-President of Olympus Capital, a New York based private equity firm.
