Genmab’s Financial Calendar for 2017

Genmab A/S (Nasdaq Copenhagen: GEN) announces its financial calendar for 2017 as follows:

Shareholders must submit any items for consideration for the agenda of the Annual General Meeting in writing to the Board of Directors no later than Monday, February 13, 2017.
Publication of the financial reports will be after 5:00 PM CET on the date of the event.
