Xanthic Biopharma Inc. (formerly Aurquest Resources Inc.) (“Xanthic”) is pleased to announce that it has received conditional listing approval to list its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”) under the ticker symbol xTHC, subject to the completion of customary listing requirements of the CSE, including receipt of all required documentation.

Xanthic has requested a first trading date of April 19th from CSE.

Lobe Sciences Ltd.
