December 12, 2016 — Vancouver, BC — BlackIce Enterprise Risk Management Inc. (CSE:BIS) proposes to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 6,560,000 Units at $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $328,000. Each Unit consists of one common share of the company and one-half non-transferable common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional share at a price of $0.10 cents per warrant share for a period of two years from the closing date. The Company will pay finder’s fees of 10% where applicable.
