Primary cardmembers can now earn up to 5X total points on Air Canada, 3X on travel and 2X on gas, dining and grocery store purchases
New benefits include up to $100 in Air Canada statement credits annually and 15% savings on eligible flight rewards on Air Canada
Today, Chase and Aeroplan announced new and refreshed benefits for the Chase Air Canada Aeroplan Card , giving primary cardmembers more ways to earn Aeroplan points, day-of-travel benefits, new opportunities to save on eligible Air Canada flights and added benefits when traveling with Air Canada.
Making Travel Easier, More Frequent and Enjoyable
The new benefits, which take effect today for both new and existing cardmembers, include automatic Aeroplan 25K Status with no spending requirement. With Aeroplan 25K Status, cardmembers enjoy Priority Check-In and Priority Boarding (Zone 2), and they will also receive 5 eUpgrade Credits each year as a Core Benefit, with the ability to earn more through Milestone Benefits and eligible Air Canada Flight Pass activities.
Cardmembers can also earn up to 5X total Aeroplan points on Air Canada purchases: 3X points on Air Canada purchases made with the card, plus an additional 2X Aeroplan points from Air Canada on eligible flights when traveling as an Aeroplan 25K member. Cardmembers also receive Star Alliance® Recognition.

The new Chase Air Canada Aeroplan Card provides increased earning potential across travel and everyday spending categories, together with new ways to save on Air Canada flights and to redeem points. New and updated benefits include:

- NEW : Receive up to $100 USD in Air Canada statement credits annually delivered as up to two $50 USD credits semi-annually.
- NEW : Earn 3X Aeroplan points for each dollar spent on travel purchases.
- NEW : Starting January 2027, Air Canada Aeroplan Credit Cardmembers get a 4th Day Free at 11,000+ car rental locations worldwide when they book for 4 days in one reservation with Aeroplan points.
- UPDATED : Automatic Aeroplan 25K Status with no spending requirement.
- UPDATED : Earn up to 5X total Aeroplan points for each dollar spent on Air Canada purchases. That's 3X Aeroplan points for every dollar spent on Air Canada purchases with your card, plus an additional 2X Aeroplan points from Air Canada, on eligible flights when traveling as an Aeroplan 25K member.
- UPDATED : Earn 2X Aeroplan points for each dollar spent on dining at restaurants, including takeout and eligible delivery, grocery stores and gas station purchases. Earn 1X Aeroplan point for each dollar spent on all other purchases.

Cardmembers also benefit from the exceptional flexibility of Aeroplan points. Points can be redeemed for any available Air Canada seat, now with a 15% discount on eligible Air Canada flight redemptions for cardmembers. Aeroplan points can also be redeemed on more than 50 partner airlines providing access to more than 1,300 destinations worldwide. For example, an economy flight within North America starts at just 6,000 Aeroplan points. Beyond flights, Aeroplan points can also be redeemed for hotels, rental cars and Air Canada Vacations packages.
