Senseonics Announces Transfer to Nasdaq Stock Exchange

Senseonics Holdings, Inc. (NYSE American: SENS) a medical technology company focused on the development and manufacturing of long-term, implantable continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems for people with diabetes, has announced that as a decision in the best interest of the Company and its stockholders, it will transfer the listing of its common stock from the NYSE American to the Nasdaq Global Select Market ("Nasdaq"), effective after the market closes on November 14, 2025. The Company's stock is expected to begin trading on Nasdaq under the existing ticker symbol "SENS" on November 17, 2025.
