Latin Resources Limited (Latin Resources) (ASX:LRS) is pleased to report that the proposed ASX IPO of Solis Minerals Limited (Solis Minerals) is progressing towards an expected listing date on ASX of 24 December 2021, subject to approval of the listing by ASX and satisfaction of all listing criteria.
- Priority Offer for Solis Minerals IPO closes Friday 10th December 2021.
- The Priority Offer will not be extended.
As previously announced, Solis Minerals is offering priority access rights for eligible shareholders of Latin Resources to subscribe to the Solis Minerals IPO (Priority Offer). Full details are available in Latin Resources’ announcement dated 25 November 2021.
The Priority Offer to eligible Latin shareholders is scheduled to close on Friday, 10th December 2021 and will not be extended.
