Dan Hausel, Eugene D. Spiering, Patrick Hillard, Dr. Nuri Uzunlar and Geophysicist Kenneth Sweet to its newly formed Exploration Advisory Board. Collectively, the new advisory board members have been a part of several significant mineral resource discoveries that have led to commercial production and have more than 150 years of experience in economic geology and exploration geophysics. The purpose of the exploration advisory board is to provide guidance to Visionary's exploration team, to implement innovative practices for systematic mineral exploration and to evaluate new projects for the company with the ultimate objective of maximizing the company's opportunities to make new gold discoveries.
Mr. Felsman has extensive, invaluable experience in Wyoming having worked as a senior geologist for GFG Resources at its advanced stage Rattlesnake Hills Gold Project . Mr. Felsman has also worked as a consulting geologist for Agnico Eagle, Echo Bay, Coeur Mining and Newmont.

Jason Felsman- Consulting Geologist
Mr. Felsman is a consulting geologist, specializing in gold and Rare Earth Exploration ("REE"). He has 15 years of experience in mineral exploration in the western US, focusing on Wyoming and South Dakota. He began his career in the Bear Lodge Mountains of NE Wyoming, where he advanced from intern to senior geologist in charge of REE exploration, helping advance the project from grassroots exploration through feasibility and mine permitting. Since that time, he has operated as a consultant, providing exploration and management services on grassroots through near mine exploration projects for a variety of clients, from independent landowners to major gold producers. Mr. Felsman holds a BS in geology from the University of Arkansas and a MS in geology from the University of Idaho. He is a Certified Professional Geologist by the American Institute of Professional Geologists.
W. Dan Hausel- Geologist
Mr. Hausel is a consulting and research geologist, awarded for research and discoveries including the 2009 Thayer Lindsey Award for his part in discovery of the Donlin Creek gold deposit, Alaska (PDAC, Toronto Canada) while consulting for WestGold (DeBeers & Inspiration Gold). Presented 2004 Wyoming Geological Association Distinguished Service Award for contributions to Wyoming's geology. Inducted into 2001 National Rockhound Hall of Fame; and recognized by Colorado Chapter of the International Order of Ragged Ass Miners. Employed as Senior Economic Geologist for Wyoming Geological Survey at UW for 30 years, VP of US Exploration for DiamonEx Ltd (Australia). Consulted for Endurance Gold, Black Range Minerals, Teras Gold, Ice Resources, Western Archon, MK Gold, Echo Bay Exploration, Bald Mountain Mining, and others. Author of books, professional and general interest papers, and maps. Specialties include Archean gold in greenstone belts, diamond and colored gemstone deposits, igneous petrology, geological mapping, and lunar rocks. Eugene D. Spiering- Geologist
Mr. Spiering is an exploration geologist with over 35 years of international experience in mineral exploration and senior-level project management in the Western United States, South America, and Europe. He served 14 years as VP exploration for Rio Narcea Gold Mines in Spain where he participated in the discovery of the El Valle gold deposit and managed the definition and development of the Aguablanca nickel sulfide deposit. Rio Narcea Gold Mines was subsequently acquired for $858M by Lundin Mining in 2007. During his 9-year term as VP Exploration with Quaterra Resources, he managed the definition of 2 porphyry copper deposits in Nevada and participated in the discovery of 3 uranium breccia pipe deposits in northern Arizona. He presently serves as director for Southern Silver Exploration, Arizona Silver Exploration, and as technical directors for Encore Energy Corp. and Group 11 Technologies. Mr. Spiering graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in 1978 and is a registered member of Society of Mining, Metallurgy, & Exploration, a member of the Society of Economic Geologists and a fellow member of Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Dr. Nuri Uzunlar- Geologist
Dr. Uzunlar is professor of economic geology and field geology at South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. He has over 40 years of international experience in mineral exploration and senior level project management in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Turkey, Central America, Central Asia, Caucuses and North Africa. He worked as exploration manager for Energy Fuels corporation for eight years and served as exploration manager for Cominco Resources and Anglo-American Corp. prior to that in Turkey. He also worked as a consultant for numerous companies including the Homestake Mining company. He has extensive exploration experience and knowledge of orogenic gold and base metal deposits worldwide. Dr. Uzunlar graduated from the Black Sea University in 1981 and earned a PhD from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 1993. He is a registered member of the Society of Economic Geology, The Geological Society of America and American Geophysical Union. Dr. Uzunlar is author and co-author of numerous publications and presentations.
Patrick Hillard- Geologist
Patrick Hillard received a BS degree in geology from Marietta College, Ohio and a MS degree in geology from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. His entire career, spanning 55 years, has been in mineral exploration, mainly for gold and uranium. He has had projects in the US, Canada, Peru, Argentina, Venezuela, Chile, Bolivia, Spain, Mexico and Papua New Guinea. He played a major role in the discovery of the 11 million ounce Pierina gold deposit in Peru. Several grass-roots gold discoveries in Papua New Guinea were too remote to be developed. While working for Western Nuclear and later Energy Fuels he did the groundwork for the breccia pipe project in northern Arizona which resulted in the discovery of 8 uranium orebodies which became mines. Many other breccia pipes identified through his work have not yet been tested. Other uranium districts he has worked in include Grants, NM; Crooks Gap-Green Mountain, Wy; Gas Hills, Wy; Shirley Basin, WY; Powder River Basin, Wy; Copper Mountain, WY; Green River, UT; Moab, UT; Blanding, UT; Elk Ridge, UT; San Rafael, UT; White-Red Canyon, UT; Monument Valley, UT-AZ; Marysvale, UT; Uravan, CO; Spokane Indian Reservation, WA; plus numerous other districts as well as many isolated deposits and conceptual targets.
Ken Sweet- Geophysicist
Mr. Ken Sweet is a mining geophysicist with over 35 years of experience conducting geophysical surveys primarily in the United States and Canada. He is currently involved with planning field surveys, supervision, and interpretation of geophysical data. He has been the principal geophysicist on a long term consulting basis to several mining companies; Rio Narcea in Spain and Portugal exploring for gold and nickel, Energy Fuels in the western US for uranium and gold, Vinland Resources in Newfoundland and Labrador exploring for nickel and gold, JNR Resources in the Athabasca Basin, and Denison Mines in the US and Canada. Mr. Sweet is the owner and senior geophysicist of Kenco Minerals, which has provided data interpretation to over 50 companies throughout the world. He has trained field geophysical crews in the US, Canada, Zambia, Mongolia, and Saudi Arabia and has supervised field crews in the US, Canada, Mongolia, and Saudi Arabia. Mr. Sweet specializes in electrical methods, including airborne EM, ground TEM, IP, and magnetic data interpretation. Mr. Sweet has experience using borehole geophysics for uranium and base metals and a has a good grasp of geology beyond the basic geophysical interpretation. He earned his BS and MS degrees from Michigan Technological University. Prior to starting his own consulting company, he worked for several geophysical contractors and mining companies and is a member of the Society on Exploration Geophysics and the Northwest Mining Association.
