Galileo Announces Name Change to "Visionary Gold Corp." and New Trading Symbol

  VANCOUVER, British Columbia -   TheNewswire -   November 25th, 2020 - Galileo Exploration Ltd. ("   Galileo   ") (TSXV:GXL) is pleased to announce that further to its news release dated November 9, 2020, Galileo has changed its name to Visionary Gold Corp. ("   Visionary   " or the "   Company   ") and its common shares will trade under the symbol TSXV: VIZ effective at market open on November 30, 2020. Visionary's new CUSIP number is 92838A102 and its new ISIN is CA92838A1021.  

 

  There is no consolidation of the Company's share capital in connection with the name change. As a result, shareholders are not required to exchange their existing share certificates for new certificates bearing the Company's new name. The name change does not affect the Company's share structure or the rights of the Company's shareholders, and no further action is required by existing shareholders.
