Retraction of Peer Comparison Chart
Miramar Resources Limited (ASX:M2R, “Miramar” or “the Company”) refers to the announcement released to the ASX on 19 June 2024 titled “Magnetite Exploration Target Outlined in Whaleshark” (Announcement).
The Company advises that the Announcement included a peer comparison graph on page 2 that was not disclosed in strict accordance with ASX guidance (Peer Comparison).
In view of the above, the Company removed the graph from the Announcement and advises investors not to rely on the Peer Comparison graph when making an investment decision in relation to the Company.
An amended announcement with the Peer Comparison graph removed follows this cover page.
