Juggernaut Exploration is an early-stage explorer and project generator with a compelling investment story, focused on unlocking high-grade precious and base metal discoveries in the prolific Golden Triangle of northwestern British Columbia.
Juggernaut Exploration(TSXV:JUGR,OTCQB:JUGRF,FSE:4JE) is a precious metals explorer focused on northwestern British Columbia’s Golden Triangle, a globally recognized district for world-class porphyry, VMS and high-grade gold systems. The company operates in a geopolitically stable jurisdiction with excellent infrastructure, adjacent to Newmont’s Galore Creek project and in proximity to major road and airstrip developments.
The company controls three 100 percent owned projects – Big One, Midas and Bingo – totaling nearly 60,000 hectares in the heart of British Columbia’s most prolific mineral belt.
The company’s current strategy focuses on aggressive exploration at its flagship Big One project, where the rapid abatement of glacial cover led to the discovery of over 200 mineralized veins in a matter of days. The scale of the system, coupled with strong geophysical and geochemical signatures, points to a significant buried porphyry system.
Backed by world-renowned geologist Dr. Quinton Hennigh, Juggernaut is founded by the team behind Goliath Resources, which returned 2,400 percent to early investors in just 20 months.
The Big One project is Juggernaut’s flagship asset and the focus of its 2025 exploration campaign. Located in the heart of British Columbia’s Golden Triangle, the property spans 36,989 hectares of world-class geological terrain, 95 percent of which remains unexplored.
The project benefits from rapid glacial and snowpack abatement, which has recently exposed a vast mineralized system previously hidden under ice. This includes the newly identified Eldorado porphyry system, a high-grade, multi-kilometer corridor with grades reaching up to 79.01 grams per ton (g/t) gold and 3,157 g/t silver. More than 200 quartz-sulphide veins, containing semi-massive to massive chalcopyrite, sphalerite and galena, have been identified within a 4 km x 1 km alteration footprint, with coincident geophysical anomalies suggesting the presence of a large, buried mineralizing system at depth.
Drill-ready targets include the Whopper Vein (16.04 g/t gold equivalent over 8 meters, >200 m strike length) and the Big Mac Vein (41.46 g/t gold equivalent over 4 m), both of which are planned for drill testing in 2025.
The Big One project qualifies for the Critical Mineral Exploration Tax Credit and is strategically located adjacent to key infrastructure, including the Scud airstrip and a new $45 million government-funded road within 12 km of the site.
The Midas property covers 20,803 hectares in a geologically favorable setting for volcanogenic massive sulphide (VHMS) deposits, particularly those resembling the high-grade Eskay Creek system. Drilling at the Kokomo zone has intercepted significant VHMS-style mineralization, including standout results such as 8.27 g/t gold equivalent over 11.03 meters (MD-24-47) and 6.85 g/t gold over 9 meters (MD-18-08). The mineralized zone remains open to the north, and the company plans to step out aggressively with additional drilling.
Midas is considered a strong near-term value generator with potential for scale through further discovery.
The Bingo property, although smaller in footprint at 1,008 hectares, is located in a structurally favorable setting for shear-hosted gold systems. The project features a 700-meter x 400-meter mineralized zone characterized by consistent sulphide mineralization. Sampling has confirmed an average mineralized width of 7 meters with grades averaging 5.67 g/t gold equivalent. The presence of strong K-spar alteration in the northeast quadrant of the property suggests proximity to a porphyry feeder system, making Bingo a compelling target for both high-grade, shear-hosted and porphyry-style exploration.

Advancing high-grade precious metals assets in northern BC’s Golden Triangle
Vancouver, British Columbia TheNewswire - September 8, 2025 Juggernaut Exploration Ltd (JUGR.V) (OTCQB: JUGRF) (FSE: 4JE) ( the "Company" or "Juggernaut") is excited to announce that it has identified 4 distinct extensive drill-ready gold-rich zones that remain wide open located along the prolific 15 km Highway of Gold Corridor within the Eldorado System, including: the Gold Dome Zone where grab samples assayed up to 256.60 gt Au or 8.25 ozt Au; the Gold Swarm Zone where grab samples assayed up to 226.94 gt Au or 7.30 ozt Au; the Big Mac Zone where grab samples assayed up to 111.35 gt Au or 3.58 ozt Au; and the Whopper Zone where grab samples assayed up to 39.84 gt Au or 1.28 ozt Au on the Big One property (the "Property"), Golden Triangle, British Columbia . The Company expanded the high-grade gold mineralized Eldorado System that hosts the Highway of Gold with >500 widespread mineralized veins covering an area of ~9 km 2 . The Big One discovery is located in an area of recent glacial and snowpack abatement adjacent to the world-class gold-rich porphyry systems at Galore Creek. The 100% controlled Big One property covers 36,989 hectares in world-class geologic terrane with tremendous additional discovery potential.

Dan Stuart, President and CEO of Juggernaut Exploration states: "The initial results from this year's exploration season on the Big One property with grab assays up to 256.60 g/t Au or 8.25 oz/t Au from the newly discovered Gold Dome Zone clearly demonstrate the high-grade nature of this emerging district-scale gold system. With over 500 widespread veins and shears discovered in a very short period of time over 15 km with a vertical relief exceeding 1 km that remains open, shows that the Eldorado System is district scale with tremendous untapped growth potential. The Eldorado gold system and Highway of Gold Corridor are showing the right ingredients to quickly become the next big discovery in the Golden Triangle. We look forward to unlocking the full potential of this discovery with the drill bit with much anticipation. The entire team believes we are only seeing the tip of the iceberg and the best is yet to come."
Manuele Lazzarotto, PhD, Chief Geologist of Juggernaut Exploration states: "I am happy to report on behalf of the entire team that the successful 2025 systematic exploration program was just wrapped up on August 29th and all goals have been accomplished on time and on budget. The excellent results with many grab samples with multi-ounce gold assays from 4 extremely gold-rich extensive drill-ready zones within the 15 km Highway of Gold Corridor, namely the Gold Swarm Zone, Big Mac Zone, Gold Dome Zone and Whopper Zone, which some say appears to be a lot like the high-grade seen at Brucejack, or epithermal/porphyry related or related to a magmatic intrusive. It's early days but these are all possible geological model outcomes. All of this is a clear testament that we appear to have discovered a new gold-rich, polymetallic-rich district-scale system at Big One. Over 500 mineralized veins many with remarkable gold content have been confirmed on surface and we look forward to testing the subsurface with the planned inaugural drill program. The team is eager to start planning the upcoming fully funded drill campaign designed to test these 4 extensive zones once all the data collected this season has been received, compiled and interpreted."
The Eldorado system consists of a vast area of ~9 km 2 of recently exposed bedrock that hosts the 15 km Highway of Gold Corridor containing >500 widespread polymetallic quartz-sulphide veins and shears as well as extensive propylitic alteration within a vertical relief of 1 km. The polymetallic veins contain semi-massive to massive chalcopyrite, sphalerite and galena with grades up to 256.60 g/t Au or 8.25 oz/t Au that remain wide open, visually and geochemically reminiscent of the high-grade veins observed at Brucejack. Grab samples collected during the 2024 season assayed up to 2084 g/t Ag and 7.9% Cu. 2025 assay results reported in this news release only comprise gold values. Results for silver, copper, lead and zinc will be reported once analyses are completed and the data has been reviewed and compiled. Four gold-rich polymetallic mineralized zones have been identified and are planned to be tested during the inaugural drill program.
Initial highlights from the 2025 exploration season:
The Big Mac Zone measures ~1 km by ~1 km and consists of multiple large veins with shear zones that are up to 10 meters wide and exposed on surface for 400 meters with vertical reliefs of up to 360 m where they are covered by snow and ice and remain wide open. A channel cut from the Big Mac Zone that assayed 6.63 g/t Au over 3.58 meters, including 17.45 g/t Au over 1.35 m and 47.18 g/t Au or 1.52 oz/t Au over 0.47 m, true width, was collected 5 meters to the east of a grab sample that assayed up to 111.35 g/t Au. A second channel cut assayed 3.60 g/t Au over 1.45 meters, including 10.17 g/t Au over 0.50 meters located 270 m on strike to the west of the 111.35 g/t Au sample. A grab sample, located 450 m to the west, assayed 55.5 g/t Au or 1.78 oz/t Au from a difficult-to-access secondary vein located in the nearby cliffs. 14 out of 26 samples (54%) from the Big Mac Zone assayed 1 g/t Au. The Big Mac Zone is drill-ready.

A total of 421 rock samples were collected during the 2025 exploration season along the 15 km Highway of Gold: 272 grab/float samples and 149 channel samples. Preliminary assay results for samples reported in this news release only comprise gold. Assay results only comprise gold values. Results for silver, copper, lead and zinc will be reported once analyses are completed and the data has been reviewed and compiled. Based on assay results reported from the 2024 season on samples that are visually similar to the samples reported today, the previously reported 2024 samples assayed up to 2084 g/t Ag and 7.9% Cu, shows there is strong potential for considerable added value once full assays are received.
Detailed geological and structural mapping has been completed on the reported drill targets in order to better understand the full geometry of these high-grade gold-bearing shears and veins and will be instrumental in designing the drill plan for the upcoming maiden drill program.
A high-resolution UAV photogrammetry survey was completed over an area of 52 km on the Eldorado System encompassing the entire 15 km Highway of Gold with all four of the confirmed drill targets. The data will be used to support modelling and better understand the high-grade gold mineralization recently discovered.
A property wide LiDAR survey covering an area of 385 km has been conducted and will be used to augment information obtained from the mapping as well as plan the upcoming inaugural drill campaign.
The polymetallic veins, alteration signature, geochemical path finder element signature, and geophysical anomalies strongly indicate the presence of a common buried gold-silver-copper rich porphyry feeder source or similar magmatic source at depth responsible for the extensive high-grade veining confirmed on surface.
Four extensive drill-ready Zones have been confirmed on the 15 km Highway of Gold Corridor and are planned to be tested in the inaugural drill program and include: the Gold Dome Zone where grab samples assayed up to 256.60 g/t Au or 8.25 oz/t Au; the Gold Swarm Zone where grab samples assayed up to 226.94 g/t Au or 7.30 oz/t Au; the Big Mac Zone where grab samples assayed up to 111.35 g/t Au or 3.58 oz/t Au; and the Whopper Zone where grab samples assayed up to 39.84 g/t Au or 1.28 oz/t Au.
The Big One property is situated in a region that is well known for hosting world class precious metal and porphyry deposits, several of which occur near the property including the multiple porphyry systems at Galore Creek (12,159 million pounds of copper, 9.438 million ounces of gold, 174.086 million ounces of silver), the world's largest known gold reserve at KSM (47.3 million ounces of gold, 160 million ounces of silver, 7.32 billion pounds of copper) and the polymetallic copper project at Shaft Creek (5 billion pounds of copper, 3.7 million ounces of gold, 16.4 million ounces of silver), as well as the Brucejack high-grade epithermal gold deposit (14 million ounces of gold, 91.8 million ounces of silver), and the structurally controlled high-grade hydrothermal gold-silver zones at Trophy and Sphal Creek. The property geology is favorable to host these types of deposits as confirmed by the presence of extensive areas of propylitic alteration, untested geophysical anomalies, strong silt, soil and rock geochemistry including path finder elements directly related to porphyry systems, key structures and textures, porphyry-style mineralization, and high-grade polymetallic veins, that have been discovered within the Big One claims.
The Big One property can be accessed year-round via helicopter from the Glenora/Telegraph Creek Road at the Barrington Mine (33 km to the north-northeast) as well as the Galore Creek Road (15 km to the southeast). The Canadian government committed $20 M to extend/improve the Galore Creek Road to within 15 km of the Big One property. The property is 2 km west of the Scud River airstrip used in the early days of Galore Creek.
A Notice of Work application (drill permit application) has been submitted to the British Columbia Ministry of Mining and Critical Minerals in preparation for the inaugural drill program. The Big One property exploration qualifies for the Critical Mineral Exploration Tax Credit (CMETC).
The Company would like to extend a special thanks to the Tahltan First Nation, the local community and service providers for supporting our efforts and contributing to the success of this year's program. We look forward to continuing to work with the Tahltan First Nation and all local stakeholders, and businesses, while we move forward to unlocking the full potential of this amazing new discovery. The reader is cautioned that grab samples are spot samples which are typically, but not exclusively, constrained to mineralization. Grab samples are selective in nature and collected to determine the presence or absence of mineralization and are not intended to be representative of the material sampled.
Grab, channels, chip and talus samples were collected by foot with helicopter assistance. Prospective areas included, but were not limited to, proximity to MINFile locations, placer creek occurrences, regional soil anomalies, and potential gossans based on high-resolution satellite imagery. The rock grab and chip samples were extracted using a rock hammer, or hammer and chisel to expose fresh surfaces and to liberate a sample of anywhere between 0.5 to 5.0 kilograms. All sample sites were flagged with biodegradable flagging tape and marked with the sample number. All sample sites were recorded using hand-held GPS units (accuracy 3-10 meters) and sample ID, easting, northing, elevation, type of sample (outcrop, subcrop, float, talus, chip, grab, etc.) and a description of the rock were recorded on all-weather paper. Samples are then inserted in a clean plastic bag with a sample tag for transport and shipping to the geochemistry lab. QA/QC samples including blanks, certified reference materials, and duplicate samples are inserted regularly into the sample sequence at a rate of 10%.
All samples are transported in rice bags sealed with numbered security tags. The rice bags are transported from the core shacks to the MSALABS facilities in Terrace, BC. MSALABS is certified with both AC89-IAS and ISO/IEC Standard 17025:2017. The core samples undergo preparation via drying, crushing to ~70% of the material passing a 2 mm sieve and riffle splitting. The sample splits are weighed and transferred into three plastic jars, each containing between 300 g and 500 g of crushed sample material. A 250 g split is pulverized to ensure at least 85% of the material passes through a 75 µm sieve. The crushed samples are transported to the MSALABS PhotonAssayTM facility in Prince George, where gold concentrations are quantified via photon assay analysis (method CPA-Au1). Samples that result in gold concentrations ≥5 ppm are analyzed to extinction. Photon assay uses high-energy X-rays (photons) to excite atomic nuclei within the jarred samples, inducing the emission of secondary gamma rays, which are measured to quantify gold concentrations. The assays from all jars are combined on a weight-averaged basis. Multielement analyses are carried at the MSALABS facilities in Surrey, BC, where 250 g of pulverized splits are analyzed via ICF6xx and IMS-230 methods. The IMS-230 method uses 4-acid digestion (a combination of hydrochloric, nitric, perchloric and hydrofluoric acids) followed by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry to quantify concentrations of 48 elements. Samples with over-limit results for Ag, Cu, Pb and Zn undergo ore-grade analysis via the ICF-6xx method (where ‘xx' denotes the target metal). This method employs 4-acid digestion followed by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry.

Vancouver, British Columbia July 23, 2025 TheNewswire - Juggernaut Exploration Ltd (JUGR.V) (OTCQB: JUGRF) (FSE: 4JE) ( the "Company" or "Juggernaut") is pleased to announce that it has mobilized for the 2025 surface exploration program aimed at identifying additional high-grade drill targets on the Big One property (the " Property "), Golden Triangle, British Columbia. This new discovery yielded assays up to 79.01 gt Au (2.54 ozt Au) and 3157.89 gt Ag (101.5 ozt Ag) from >200 gold-silver-copper rich polymetallic veins up to 8 m wide and striking for up to 500 m that remain open. These veins were identified along the newly discovered 11 km Highway of Gold surrounding the Eldorado gold system on the Big One property. The discovery is located in an area of glacial and snowpack abatement adjacent to the extensive gold-rich porphyry systems at Galore Creek. The 100 % controlled property covers 36,989 hectares in a Tier 1 geologic terrane with tremendous additional discovery potential.
The focus of the 2025 exploration program is to sample and trace in detail the full geometry of the multiple drill-ready high-grade gold veins as well as identify additional drill targets for the planned maiden drill program. The 2025 exploration program will consist of:
Dan Stuart, President and CEO of Juggernaut Exploration states " The Big One is arguably one of the most significant new grassroots gold-silver discoveries in the Golden Triangle in recent years. This year's program is designed with a clear objective: to systematically advance and expand upon our five inaugural, drill-ready targets and to generate additional new targets for our fully funded 2026 maiden drill program. The sheer scale of the system, with over 200 mineralized veins exposed at surface by glacial abatement, all point towards a powerful, district-scale mineralizing engine at depth. A Notice of Work application (drill permit application) has been submitted to the British Columbia Ministry of Mining and Critical Minerals in preparation for the 2026 inaugural drill program. We have only just started to scratch the surface on the property and likely only seen the tip of the iceberg."

QA/QC samples including blanks, standards, and duplicate samples were inserted regularly into the sample sequence at a rate of 10%.
All samples are transported in rice bags sealed with numbered security tags. A transport company takes them from the core shack to the Paragon Geochemical labs facilities in Surrey, BC or ALS labs facilities in North Vancouver, BC. Paragon Geochemical is certified with both AC89-IAS and ISO/IEC Standard 17025:2017. ALS is either certified to ISO 9001:2008 or accredited to ISO 17025:2005 in all of its locations. Samples submitted to Paragon received gold and silver analysis by photon assay whereby the entire sample is crushed to approximately 70% passing 2 mm mesh. The entire crushed sample is riffle split and weighed into multiple (300-500g) jars that are submitted for photon assay. Photon assay uses high-energy X-rays (photons) to excite atomic nuclei within the jarred samples, causing them to emit secondary gamma rays, which are measured to identify and quantify the metals present. The assays from all jars are combined on a weight-averaged basis. At ALS samples were processed, dried, crushed, and pulverized before analysis using the ME-MS61 and Au-SCR21 methods. For the ME-MS61 method, a prepared sample is digested with perchloric, nitric, hydrofluoric, and hydrochloric acids. The residue is topped up with dilute hydrochloric acid and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Overlimits were re-analyzed using the ME-OG62 and Ag-GRA21 methods (gravimetric finish). For Au-SCR21 a large volume of sample is needed (typically 1-3kg). The sample is crushed and screened (usually to -106 micron) to separate coarse gold particles from fine material. After screening, two aliquots of the fine fraction are analysed using the traditional fire assay method. The fine fraction is expected to be reasonably homogenous and well represented by the duplicate analyses. The entire coarse fraction is assayed to determine the contribution of the coarse gold.

NINE MILE METALS ANNOUNCES XRF HIGH-GRADE RESULTS UP TO 18.27% COPPER FROM THE UPCOMING DRILL AREA AT THE WEDGE PROJECT, BATHURST, NEW BRUNSWICK
Nine Mile Metals Ltd. has released XRF (X-ray fluorescence) results for volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) mineralization grab samples collected from the coming drill area on the Wedge VMS project in the world-famous Bathurst mining camp (BMC) in New Brunswick, Canada. Discovered in 1956, Cominco operated the Wedge mine between 1962 and 1968, producing 1.5 million tonnes of predominantly copper ore. At the time of closure (head pillar collapsed), only the upper portion of the deposit was mined. The expectation is that the lower 60 per cent plus remains untouched based upon recent drill testing and extends at depth with the 3-D modelling.
As previously reported, the Cominco drill data were acquired by Nine Mile and formatted to facilitate modelling. With the addition of Mike Dufresne, MSc, PGeol, PGeo, of Apex Geoscience Ltd. to the technical advisory committee, the company provided the technical database to Apex for 3-D modelling and drill hole targeting. Data provided included all historic drill holes and assays in addition to the recent successful drilling conducted by Nine Mile. To further assist in targeting, the UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) magnetics and borehole electromagnetic (BHEM) data collected by EarthEx Geophysical Solutions Inc. was integrated into the modelling in addition to the initial, reprocessed MegaTEM conductivity interpretation that highlighted the Wedge and the Wedge VMS trend.
At the Wedge mine's western extension (Target 2), modelling has focused on the unmined portions of the deposit with drill holes targeting a copper-rich lens to the west and the unexplored depth extension below 150 metres, where recent drilling and historical cross-sections indicate mineralization occurring to a minimum depth of 300 metres. Apex is designing a sequence of drill holes to test the seven modelled TDEM (time-domain electromagnetic) conductivity plates adjacent to the Tribag VMS occurrence identified by EarthEx (Target 3).
In preparation for drilling, prospecting was conducted at surface in an area proximal to the proposed drill collars along the western flank of the Wedge mine stepping out to test the expansion westward of the mine footprint. A total of 19 samples were catalogued, photographed, and then analyzed with a portable X-ray fluorescence (XRF) instrument utilizing an Olympus Vanta 50 portable 50-kilovolt workstation and Reflex XRF software to provide instant real-time geochemical information. Each sample was analyzed in three separate locations and the results averaged by the Reflex XRF software. The XRF process included calibrating the machine and utilizing two standards in the sample stream (OREAS622 and CDN-BL-10) twice during analysis. The results are presented in Table 1. The samples have been forwarded to ALS Global in Moncton, N.B., for preparation, with final geochemical analysis conducted in Vancouver, B.C.
Highlights:
Samples 280370 and 280375 are examples of the massive high-grade cooper sulphide mineralization. The samples were collected in the area immediately to the northeast of proposed drill holes 25WG-01 and 25WD-02.
![]() |
Mr. Dufresne, Apex's president and an independent consultant and technical adviser, commented that these high-quality conductivity targets at the Wedge mine's western extension and TriBag target line up with the horizons that have yielded high-quality VMS drill intersections at the Main Wedge deposit and, based upon the modelling to date, could provide some new exciting discoveries for Nine Mile with the planned drilling.
Gary Lohman, PGeo, vice-president, exploration, stated: "With the provincial-wide fire ban lifted and Apex Geoscience's 3-D modelling complete, the team is looking forward to drilling at the Wedge mine's western extension. With the assistance of Apex, two main zones of mineralization have been identified, one copper rich and another primarily lead/zinc. Targeting has been refined by leveraging the extensive geological and geophysical data (including recent borehole EM and plate modelling), allowing us to prioritize copper mineralization in the upcoming program. This western extension area is the high-grade section of the deposit focused on the copper-rich lens. These massive sulphide samples clearly demonstrate the potential of this untapped area at depth. We are building on last year's new eastern extension successes with our eight VMS drill holes with results of 136.31 metres of 0.68 per cent copper equivalent, including 40 metres of 2.03 per cent copper equivalent (see news release [dated March 26, 2024]). A key aspect here is testing this deposit at depth and how far it extends westward resulting in additional new tonnage."

"We are also very pleased to continue to be working with TiPMC Consulting, whose reputation and experience in the titanium industry is unparalleled."
Product Development Update
Initial results from the large-scale metallurgical testwork programme, involving mineral separation techniques that required bulk feed samples of between approximately 0.5 to 1.5 tonnes each, was announced on 28 August 2025. The bulk testwork programme is progressing well, focusing on ore scrubbing, desliming and gravity spiral testwork, as well as flotation testwork on both the fines fraction, separated in the desliming step, and whole of ore samples. Large scale scrubbing and spiral gravity testwork has been completed on Thomas and Cosgrove weathered sandstone bulk samples and the screened fines have been sent for flotation testwork. As part of this programme, mineral concentrates will be produced for downstream processing, testing both hydrometallurgical and product finishing flowsheet concepts.
This bulk testwork programme will produce significant volumes of concentrates which will feed into the product development and optimisation testwork and result in larger product samples which can be delivered to potential end users for assessment. The role of Marketing Manager will be fundamental to identifying these potential end users and for the development of a high value customer base for a variety of titanium products from Pitfield.
The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for conducting market research, focusing on high value end uses and likely consumers, preparing a Marketing Strategy and Marketing Presentation for the Project and for identifying key customers and suitable product suites in advance of sending out marketing enquiries and product samples.

About Empire Metals Limited
Empire Metals is an AIM-listed and OTCQX-traded exploration and resource development company (LON: EEE,OTCQX: EPMLF) with a primary focus on developing Pitfield, an emerging giant titanium project in Western Australia.
The high-grade titanium discovery at Pitfield is of unprecedented scale, with airborne surveys identifying a massive, coincident gravity and magnetics anomaly extending over 40km by 8km by 5km deep. Drill results have indicated excellent continuity in grades and consistency of the in-situ mineralised beds and confirm that the sandstone beds hold the higher-grade titanium dioxide (TiO₂) values within the interbedded succession of sandstones, siltstones and conglomerates. The Company is focused on two key prospects (Cosgrove and Thomas), which have been identified as having thick, high-grade, near-surface, in-situ bedded TiO₂ mineralisation, each being over 7km in strike length.
An Exploration Target* for Pitfield was declared in 2024, covering the Thomas and Cosgrove mineral prospects, and was estimated to contain between 26.4 to 32.2 billion tonnes with a grade range of 4.5 to 5.5% TiO2. Included within the total Exploration Target* is a subset that covers the in-situ weathered sandstone zone, which extends from surface to an average vertical depth of 30m to 40m and is estimated to contain between 4.0 to 4.9 billion tonnes with a grade range of 4.8 to 5.9% TiO2.
The Exploration Target* covers an area less than 20% of the overall mineral system at Pitfield which demonstrates the potential for significant further upside.
Empire is now accelerating the economic development of Pitfield, with a vision to produce a high-value titanium metal or pigment quality product at Pitfield, to realise the full value potential of this exceptional deposit.
The Company also has two further exploration projects in Australia; the Eclipse Project and the Walton Project in Western Australia, in addition to three precious metals projects located in a historically high-grade gold producing region of Austria.
*The potential quantity and grade of the Exploration Target is conceptual in nature. There has been insufficient exploration to estimate a Mineral Resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the estimation of a Mineral Resource. See RNS dated 12 June 2024 for full details.

Hillgrove Resources Limited (Hillgrove) (ASX:HGO) is pleased to provide the following drilling update from the Kanmantoo Copper Mine. The Nugent drilling program from the 1010 Diamond Drill Site and the 1040 Nugent Drill Site has been completed and delivered excellent results which improve the understanding of the Nugent orebody in preparation for first production. These results have increased the Gold endowment and improved knowledge of the Copper-Gold distribution.
High Grade Copper-Gold mineralisation extensions discovered during extensional and infill drilling at Nugent, with multiple outstanding intersections returned, including:
Figure 1: Plan View of drilling showing the high Gold grades intersected at the Southern end of Nugent against the 2024 MRE sliced at the 1020 metre RL displaying Gold grades.
Commenting on the drilling results, Hillgrove CEO and Managing Director, Bob Fulker said:
“It is encouraging that each time we test a geological theory we continue to identify additional mineralisation and gain a better understanding of the controls on mineralisation. These results are very exciting, as they provide a greater understanding of the Gold distribution throughout Nugent. It was previously thought that the Southern extent of Nugent had lower Gold grade, based on previous drilling, but these results show this is not the case.
It is also pleasing that as we drill beyond our current understanding of the Nugent ore body, we continue to encounter an expanding alteration corridor with Copper and Gold mineralisation within it. The Nugent 1020 Southern Ore Drive will commence stoping in the December quarter this year.”
Figure 2: View towards the east showing the high Copper grades intersected at the Southern end of Nugent against the 2024 MRE displaying Copper Grades
The Nugent drilling completed to date has targeted resource definition, with the focus shifting in recent weeks to grade control as first Nugent production draws closer. The recent assays from the 1010 diamond drill site have a dual purpose of both grade control and resource definition, with the results sitting further south-west than previously identified from resource drilling at surface. The high-grade intersections include 21metres @ 0.85% Cu and 0.98g/t Au (uncut) from 136 metres downhole in 25KVUG0653 and 11.5 metres @ 0.99% Cu & 0.79g/t Au (uncut) from 145.5 metres downhole in 25KVUG0543. These results improve the understanding of high-grade geometry and interaction of the Copper and Gold bearing fluids in the alteration corridor.
Drilling is ongoing for both stope definition and resource expansion throughout the Kanmantoo system, with upcoming Nugent drilling planned to target the northern end of the 1020 level. This will provide input into future planning alongside operational requirements for stope and development designs. Drilling is currently underway from the 1010 diamond drill site targeting Emily Star, with initial results pending.
Figure 1 above details the location of significant intersections relating to the current 2024 Kanmantoo Mineral Resource Estimate1 gold values, with gold results displayed for the drilling results. The full list of significant intersections is included in Table 1 below. Figure 2 above details a section view of drilling results showing the Copper results against the 2024 Kanmantoo Mineral Resource Estimate1 Copper values.
Drilling from underground remains on track to achieve the target of 60,000 metres by the end of the calendar year. August delivered 8,114.6 metres of diamond drilling, which is a record for the company to date. Year-to-date, a total of 42,816.2 metres has been drilled. An updated Resource estimation will be released in the December quarter 2025 inclusive of drilling results up to mid-August.
