29 August 2025 - Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. (TSXV: FO,OTC:FOLGF, AIM: FOG) announces that it has filed its Interim Financial Statements for the three and six months ended 30 June 2025 and 2024 and the accompanying Management's Discussion and Analysis (" MD&A ").
