YDX Announces Closing of Non-brokered Private Placement

YDX Innovation Corp (TSXV:YDX, OTC:YDRMD, FSE:A2PB03) (“YDX” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has completed a non-brokered private placement financing (the “Financing”). In connection with the closing, the Company sold an aggregate of 1,538,460 units (each, a “Unit”) at a price of $0.195 per Unit, for gross proceeds of $300,000. Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company (each, a “Share”) and one share purchase warrant (each, a “Warrant”). Each Warrant is exercisable into one additional Share at a price of $0.285 per Share for a period of two years from the date of issuance.

Proceeds from the Financing will be used for general working capital.

The securities issued under the Financing, and the Shares that may be issuable on exercise of the Warrants, are subject to a statutory hold period expiring on May 11, 2020.
