The Wonderfilm Media Corporation. (TSXV: WNDR) (OTC: WDRFF), (“Wonderfilm” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the completion of principal photography for “Disturbing The Peace”, which is the Company’s 5th theatrical feature filmed this year.
The Wonderfilm Media Corporation. (TSXV:WNDR) (OTC: WDRFF), (“Wonderfilm” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the completion of principal photography for “Disturbing The Peace”, which is the Company’s 5th theatrical feature filmed this year.
“Disturbing The Peace,” starring Guy Pearce and Devon Sawa is a modern day western pitting a US Marshal (Pearce) against a ruthless motorcycle gang leader (Sawa) in town to pull off a brazen armoured truck heist. Pearce’s character, who hasn’t picked up a gun in ten years, is drawn into a life or death struggle to save the town he swore to protect and serve.
“Disturbing The Peace” is 1 of 17 anticipated film projects this year which include “Primal” starring Nicolas Cage for Lions Gate Entertainment Inc. and “Moose” starring John Travolta for AMBI Group, all of which are currently in post-production.
Wonderfilm intends to continue to advance its position as one of North America’s leading movie producers.
York Shackleton directs from a script by Chuck Hustmyre (“End of a Gun”).
Daniel Grodnik, Mary Aloe, Simon Swart, and Kirk Shaw will be Producers.
Canadian media giant, eONE has picked up the North American distribution. Voltage Pictures is selling the film internationally.
