The Street reported that prices for both gold and silver closed lower today.

The Street reported that prices for both gold and silver closed lower today.

The market news is quoted as saying:

The negative news and weaker currency would typically push gold and silver higher. “On option expiration dates, gold usually has a decline, so not that unusual,” says Nick Barisheff, CEO of Bullion Management Group, but its “not that big a move overall.”

the easiest buy with over a 100% return is paladin (PDN) A. they have a massive project sale comming up, premature news forced the stock to jump 35% B. they are flooding the spot price of uranium because they are the 2nd largest URA producer in Canada and 3rd largest globally- with the lowest cost URA production to date.

Don't forget about Mega Uranium lots of potential with their properties. Denison, Rockgate, Energy Fuels and Laramide are on my watch list. It will be interesting to see what the closing price for U308 will be 12 months from now. Let's hope Mr. Market turns this into a story and gets the juniors moving again.

What stocks am I watching? With this reading, I am going to put U.TO on my watchlist; I like the volatility. I'm hoping U.TO can be options traded. Add to that is will be anyone exploring Patterson Lake South. With U3O8 prices depressed and PLS juniors in the mostly early exploration mode, I will be buying in cheap and hoping for a big rise when discoveries are made concurrent with a rise in the spot price of uranium.
