    NovX21 Appoints Interim Chief Financial Officer

    NovX21 (TSXV:NOV) announced it has appointed Yves Therrien as its interim chief financial officer. Therrien is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (CPA, CMA) and holds a Bachelor of Administration.

    According to the press release:

    Mr. Therrien is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (CPA, CMA) and holds a Bachelor of Administration. He boasts extensive experience in managing financial, administrative and legal operations, specifically in the manufacturing sector and plant start-ups. Through his duties, he has worked in businesses of varying scope held by Canadian, Dutch, American and Spanish interests.

    The company has also retained the services of seasoned consultant Yves Lasnier, who is tasked with finalizing the financing process to begin construction of the Thetford Mines commercial plant.

    Mr. Yves Lasnier has more than 35 years of experience in prospecting, development and industrial market assessment. He has successfully managed several projects and studies on primary metal production and processing in the manufacturing sector, including auto parts manufacturing, as well as the energy and pulp and paper industries. He has also created the Partenariat Automobile Québec, and was its first president. Furthermore, Mr. Lasnier worked as Vice-President of SGF’s Transportation and Minerals divisions. Lastly, he also held various technical and strategic positions within industrial companies, such as General Motors, ABB, Gaz Métropolitain and Sandwell Consultant.
