Scorpio Gold Corporation (TSXV:SGN) announced the election of Peter Brieger and the re-election of Peter J. Hawley, Brian Lock, Luc Pelchat, David W. Smalley and Andrew Lee Smith as directors of Scorpio at it’s annual and special meeting of shareholders which was held on June 25, 2014.

At the meeting, the Company’s shareholders also approved the renewal of the Company’s stock option plan, as set out in the Company’s management information circular dated May 21, 2014.
