Pretivm Files Environmental Assessment Certificate for Brucejack

Pretivm Resources Inc. (TSX:PVG,NYSE:PVG) announced that the the BC Environmental Assessment Office has screened and accepted for filing the Environmental Assessment Certificate for the company’s Brucejack gold project.

As quoted in the press release:

With the filing of the application, the BCEAO now has a 180-day period to complete a review with the involvement of a working group including representatives of First Nations and local governments and other government agencies. The BCEAO then prepares an assessment report for a decision by the Minister of Environment and the Minister of Energy and Mines.

In coordination with the British Columbia provincial permitting process, the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency will review the Environmental Impact Statement which has also been filed.
