Orezone Gold Corp. (TSX:ORE) announced that the sale of the Burkina Faso-based Sega gold project to Cluff Gold (LSE:CLF) is now complete.
As quoted in the press release:
The consideration is comprised of US$15M in cash and 11M new common shares of Cluff, representing 6.5% of Cluff’s issued and outstanding common shares. The Cluff shares are subject to a four-month hold period as well as an orderly market provision.
