GoGold Resources Inc. (TSXV:GGD) announced an update regarding the company’s acquisition of Absolute Gold.
As quoted in the press release:
Upon completion of the Acquisition Transaction, each Absolute Share will be exchanged for 0.81 common shares of GoGold (each whole share, a “Resulting GoGold Share”) and each Absolute Warrant will be exchanged for 0.81 common share purchase warrants of GoGold.
