Avrupa Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:AVU,OTCMKTS:AVPMF) announced the results from its annual general meetings and announce shareholders have re-elected four directors.

Avrupa Minerals Ltd. shareholders approved all the resolutions put before them at the company’s annual general meeting held on June 3, 2015, in Vancouver, B.C. The board of directors would like to thank the shareholders for their continuing support.
At the AGM, shareholders voted in favor of resolutions to:
- Re-elect Paul Kuhn, Paul Dircksen, Ross Stringer and Mark T. Brown as directors for the ensuing year;
- Reappoint DeVisser Gray LLP as the company’s auditor for the ensuing year;
- Authorize the directors to fix the auditor’s remuneration;
- Approve the company’s stock option plan.
- Following the AGM, the board of directors reappointed Mr. Kuhn as chief executive officer and Winnie Wong as chief financial officer of the company. The company’s audit committee comprises Mr. Stringer, Mr. Dircksen and Mr. Brown
Avrupa has now posted the latest Peshter Gossan drill results, announced on May 28, 2015, on the Avrupa website under projects/Kosovo/Slivovo gossan. In addition, the company has also posted explanatory geological maps and schematic drill sections to assist in understanding the results.
