Parkside Resources Corporation (TSXV:PKS) announced payment to Macquarie Private Wealth Inc. for an additional finder’s fee of $1,050 and 10,500 finder’s warrants, and paid Canaccord Genuity Corp. an additional finder’s fee of $714 and issued 5,950 finder’s warrants.
As quoted in the press release:
Each Finder’s Warrant is exercisable to purchase one common share at a price of $0.13 until July 11, 2015.
