Cardero Resource Corp. (TSX:CDU,NYSEMKT:CDY,FWB:CR5) announced that the NYSE-MKT has accepted Cardero’s plan of compliance and has granted an extension until November 29, 2013 to regain compliance with the continued listing standards.
The Company was afforded the opportunity to submit a plan of compliance to the Exchange and on July 12, 2013 presented its plan to the Exchange. On August 9, 2013 the Exchange notified the Company that it accepted the Company’s plan of compliance and granted the Company an extension until November 29, 2013 to regain compliance with the continued listing standards.
