Long TailNoranda Aluminum Holding Corp. (NOR) has closed its previously announced underwritten initial public offering of 11.5 million shares at $8.00 per share on Wednesday.
Joint book-running managers of the offering includes BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and UBS Securities LLC.
