    Forum Files Property Purchase Agreement for Anthem’s Karpinka Interest

    Forum Uranium Corp. (TSXV:FDC) announced that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a property purchase agreement under which it has acquired Anthem Resources Inc.’s (TSXV:AYN) 50-percent interest in the Karpinka property.

    Forum Uranium Corp. (TSXV:FDC) announced that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a property purchase agreement under which it has acquired Anthem Resources Inc.’s (TSXV:AYN) 50-percent interest in the Karpinka property.

    Karpinka is located south of the Key Lake mine in Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin.

    As quoted in the press release:

    Consideration is 10,000 common shares. The property is subject to a 1-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) to Anthem with a 0.5-per-cent buyback by the company for $1-million subject to further exchange review and acceptance.
