Geodex Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:GXM), a company that operates in New Brunswick and whose main focus is its Dungarvon Tungsten-Molybdenum Project, announced that it will be using Venture North Capital Inc’s services to focus on marketing and investor relations.

As quoted in the press release:

Under the terms of the engagement, which is for an initial three month term, Venture North will be paid $5,500 in the first month and $3,500 per month thereafter. The contact is subject to regulatory approval.
