MGX Minerals Signs Development Agreement for Driftwood Creek Magnesium project

MGX Minerals (CSE:XMG) announced the Company has entered into a Comprehensive Development Agreement with Dominion Excavating Ltd.
Dominion is a First Nations-owned company based in Invermere, British Columbia that employs local residents. As part of the Agreement Dominion will provide a range of project development services for the Company’s flagship Driftwood Creek magnesium project including road construction and mine development in exchange for an equity stake in MGX.
