Pursuant to a resolution passed by the directors of the Company, Apella Resources Inc. (TSXV:APA) has now implemented a name change to PacificOre Mining Corp. (TSXV:PC) effective at the open of trading on May 28, 2012.
As quoted in the press release:
The name change to PacificOre Mining Corp is part of the company’s, planned, global corporate strategy; being carried out to increase the company’s global marketability and branding. The intent is to clearly distinguish the company from existing and potential competitors in the iron ore, vanadium and titanium space.
