Alabama Graphite Appoints Ann-Marie Pamplin Director, Investor Relations

Alabama Graphite Corp. (TSXV:ALP,OTCQX:ABGPF) announced it has appointed Ann-Marie M. Pamplin, BA (honours), BEd, as director of investor relations, effective immediately. AGC is also pleased to announce and introduce the Company’s new corporate identity – including a new logo proper, corporate website, corporate presentation, corporate fact sheet, and social media platforms – to better reflect the new strategic direction of the Company.

Ann-Marie Pamplin is an investor relations, corporate development, marketing and communications professional with experience in both Canada and the United States for TSX- and TSX-V-listed, as well as OTCQX-listed resource companies. An active member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI), the U.S.-based National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT), Ms. Pamplin holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University, a Bachelor of Education degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and earned her Canadian Securities Course (CSCtrademark) certification from the Canadian Securities Institute in 2013. Ms. Pamplin is passionate about green energy and addressing American security of supply with regard to critical strategic materials, namely graphite.
