Anglo Canadian Mining Corp.(TSXV:URA) announced that it will carry out a private placement for gross proceeds of $130,000. The Company plans to issue 500,000 non flow-through units and 1,500,000 flow-through units.
As quoted in the press release:
Each non flow-through Unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant with an exercise price of $0.10 for a period of 24 months. Each flow-through Unit will consist of one flow-through share and one-half non flow-through share purchase warrant with an exercise price of $0.10 for a period of 24 months.
