Base Metals Investing Anfield Resources Inc. (TSXV:ARY) arranged a non-brokered private placement for 2,000,000 units at a price of $0.25 per unit, for gross proceeds of $500,000.
As quoted in the press release:
Each Unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.40 for a one year term.
