Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX:PNP) acquires 350,000 common shares of Lago Dourado Minerals Ltd.

As a result of this transaction, Pinetree and its joint actors collectively held, as at November 16, 2010, an aggregate of 6,900,000 common shares of Lago Dourado, including the Common Shares and rights to acquire an additional 2,250,000 common shares of Lago Dourado upon exercise of certain convertible securities (the “Convertible Securities. Of these totals, Pinetree owns 2,350,000 common shares, including the Common Shares and 2,000,000 of the Convertible Securities, (the “Pinetree Convertible Securities”) directly.
